For more than 30 years, The Atlantic Club’s racquet & tennis club located at our Manasquan fitness center has been regarded as one of the country's finest tennis clubs NJ has to offer. Our racquet and tennis club features 18 all-weather tennis courts, with an observation lounge, two racquetball courts, and a pro shop.
The tennis center is home to many well-known regional, state, national and international tournaments. Our tennis instructors provide tennis lessons for everyone from beginners to advanced players. Clayton Taylor, Director of Tennis at The Atlantic Club, and his staff have produced over 50 New Jersey State closed champions, public and private school state champions and numerous players of the year in not only the Shore Conference but also the State of New Jersey. Clayton has 35+ years as a player, high school, collegiate and professional coach. As a collegiate coach, Clayton was named the coach of the year for the state of Louisiana as well as capturing two conference championships and producing 9 all conference players. As a professional coach he has traveled and coached numerous top 50 world ranked players as well as serving as the traveling coach for Mark Knowles, a former #1 world ranked doubles players.
In addition to private and semi-private lessons, group clinics, round robins and social events provide a chance to improve your game and meet other players. Tennis lessons include programs for adults and children, and we also offer a tennis summer camp for kids. The Atlantic Club features racquetball, a paddle tennis complex with four courts, and a lodge with a beautiful stone fireplace.

Paddle Tennis: The Atlantic Club’s outdoor paddle tennis courts are complimentary for all members. Paddle tennis leagues and special programs for children are available.
