Applied Self-Defense Training will focus on how and when to utilize various punches and kicks. Novice will first learn proper striking techniques and then learn strategies on when to use the striking techniques and then learn strategies on when to use the striking techniques. Intermediate learners will review the striking movements and focus mainly on strategies of self-defense. Advance learners will focus on various drills to sharpen their skills.
