Shrimp Scampi


INGREDIENTS

16 large shrimp
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
Pinch chopped parsley
Pinch paprika
1 tbsp grated cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1. Melt butter in a sauté pan & add garlic until golden brown.
2. Add olive oil, white wine & shrimp. Cook 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour mixture over rice, pasta, bread, etc.
4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, paprika and your choice of cheese.
5. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Serves 4 people.
