Evaluation
Evaluating your athlete's strengths and weaknesses is paramount to designing the right program for optimal sports performance. We test linear running analysis, 10-yard dash, 20-yard dash, vertical jump, 5-hop broad jump, 5-10-5 agility test, max chin-up test, wobble board squat and flexibility test.
Small Group Training
Focuses on speed, agility and strength training. Class sizes are limited to ensure your athlete receives personal attention in an energetic and motivating atmosphere. Sport specific training available.
Specialized Training
Focuses on one goal: helping your athlete achieve their personal best. Our professional commitment to your individual's need is demonstrated by our dedication and effort to provide your athlete a safe and rewarding health & fitness program.

Team Training
If you want to give your athletes every piece of cutting edge training information, you are not going to be to do it alone as coaches do not have time or coaching resources to effectively work with their athletes at improving these traits. The Parisi Speed School is here to be your resource for this information. Team programs are tailored to each teams' specific needs adn can be conducted for teams of all sizes, ages and levels of ability. The number of training sessions, dates of each session, and times of each session must be agreed upon prior to the beginning of the program. Groups are 10-15 athletes or 16+ athletes.
