Aquatics, Spinning, Ride Classes, Yoga Classes…and More
In addition to a full schedule of floor classes, our fitness center provides a daily schedule of aquatic water exercise classes in our indoor pool, cycling sessions every day in The Ride Studio and a full lineup of mind–body exercise classes including tai chi, yoga and pilates. Our pilates studio and kinesis studio are available for small group training. Walking and running groups are also part of The Atlantic Club culture.
