The Art of Critical Takedown!
A Wing Chun Kung Fu base self-defense program. This program will teach you the necessary skills to handle an attacker and get you into fighting shape.

NEW:SKI & SNOWBOARD CONDITIONING WITH BRYANT EDWARDS

Even if you participate in a regular exercise program throughout the year, skiing and snowboarding use muscles in a different way which we often do not train appropriately prior to winter activities. This class will help you train those muscles correctly to make sure you are in the best possible shape prior to that first downhill run. The workouts will focus on leg strength and endurance, rotation movements, stability, balance, and coordination. PILATES

The Pilates method is a movement process which creates an internal physical transformation and integration of mind, body, and spirit. This deeper connection is experienced by using the assistance or resistance provided by the reformer. Taught by certified pilates instructors Carol Miller and Pat Mahon.
