TRI CLASS WITH BRITTANY
Calling all multi-sports athletes- This is your training class! Get your swim, bike and run fitness ready for your upcoming Olympic distance triathlon. USAT certified coach Brittany Rutter leads this session which included swimming in the pool, indoor cycling and running. Tri class can be pro-rated, you can sign up for one class, two classes or all three classes.

Saturdays  6:30 - 8:00am

Cost:     Members $25 / Non-Members $35  for the 60 minute class

NEW!  TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

Make Your Body Your Machine!  TRX Suspension training is a new category of exercise for people of
all abilities.  TRX leverages one’s own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, flexibility and
core stability.  Meets once per week in the Pilates Studio.
