5 Ways to Keep Your Stomach From Feeling Empty
The hormones in our body known as Ghrelin and leptin are the culprits of making our stomach grumble. Ghrelin is a hormone that makes you hungry and leptin is a natural appetite suppressor. Keeping these two hormones in-check will help diminish the grumbling.
